The 39s fit narrow to normal width feet, or wide footed 38s.
Or a desperate narrow footed 40 could fit...

Bust is 96 to 128cm (pleating has stretch).
Length is 50 to 62cm.
Shoulder to shoulder is 33cm.

Asymmetrical hem.
Pants:
Elasticated pants.
Tapered style with vertical pleating.
